Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to valerio.izzi@oulu.fi.

Cancellations must be made before June 8, 2026 (3 weeks before the event).

If cancellation is made before June 8, 2026, you will be issued a full refund minus a cancellation fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 8, 2026. The cancellation fee is 50€. 
The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress. 

 

Modifying your registration 
If needed, the registration can be modified after registration, but modifications to the registration form must be completed before June 1, 2026.
